Harris Teeter Launches Rewards World Elite Mastercard for Shoppers
Harris Teeter has unveiled a new co-branded credit card offering grocery savings and fuel discounts in stores, online, and wherever Mastercard is accepted.
Harris Teeter, the Matthews, North Carolina-based grocery chain, has introduced the Harris Teeter Rewards World Elite Mastercard, a new co-branded credit card designed to give customers more ways to accumulate points and reduce everyday spending on groceries and fuel.
The card is structured to reward purchases made across multiple Harris Teeter channels — including physical store locations, the retailer's website, and its mobile app — as well as transactions at any merchant that accepts Mastercard, broadening its appeal beyond the grocery aisle.

Fuel discounts represent a notable component of the card's value proposition, a benefit that has proven effective for grocery loyalty programs in attracting and retaining cost-conscious consumers, particularly amid sustained pressure on household budgets.
